Installation and Configuration - SEO Optimized Product Tags

The SEO Optimized Product Tags plugin depends on the NopAdvance Core plugin. Make sure the core plugin is installed first, as the product tag plugin will not function without it.

Once the plugin has been installed, you will see the plugin menu under NopAdvance > Plugins > SEO optimized product tags in your nopCommerce admin menu, similar as displayed in the below image.

Click on the configure menu from SEO optimized product tags plugin as displayed above and you will be re-directed to the plugin configuration page, it will display the configuration page as shown in the image below.

The configuration page will allow you to customize how and where your product tags appear across your site, ensuring a balance between user visibility and SEO strategy.

Follow these steps to configure and use the plugin on your nopCommerce store:

• Multi-store Support: The plugin supports configurations specific to different stores using the "Multi-store configuration for" dropdown. Settings can be applied globally (All stores) or customized per store.
• Enabled: When checked, the SEO Optimized Product Tags plugin will be activated.
• Display Product Tag Cloud in Footer: This dropdown controls whether and where the product tag cloud is displayed in the footer section of the website.
  • None: Hides the tag cloud on all pages.
  • Only On Home Page: Displays the product tag cloud exclusively on the home page. As displayed in the image below
  • On All Pages: Shows the tag cloud in the footer of every page across the site. As displayed in the image below.
