It seems the issue might be due to the folder structure inside the uploaded ZIP file. When you extract the plugin ZIP, it usually contains another ZIP or an extra folder inside.
Please make sure you’re not uploading the outer ZIP directly. Instead, follow these steps:
1. Extract the downloaded ZIP file - you’ll find another ZIP or plugin folder inside it.
2. Upload that inner ZIP/folder inside your NopCommerce path: Once placed correctly, go to Admin → Configuration → Local Plugins, click Reload list of plugins, and the plugin should appear for installation.
3. Then click Install.
If you’re still unable to see it, please check your System → Log for any related error entry - that will help pinpoint the issue.
