On Shopping Cart Quantity discount rule plugin allows a nopCommerce store owner to configure discounts based on the number of products in a customer’s shopping cart.

The discount rule asks for minimum & maximum quantity and the discount is applied if the customer's shopping cart quantity is between or equal to minimum and maximum discount rule quantity.
